| The Moon Cakes |
The Mid-Autumn Festival began in the early Dynasty and prevailed in the Song Dynasty. By the time of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it had become a traditional Chinese festival as famous as the Spring Festival. Worshipping the moon, guessing the lantern riddles, eating moon cakes are our special features. And one of the widely known story is Chang’s flight to the moon (with elixir of the life, chased by her famous archer-husband). The moon is more round, people are more reunited.

The square dancing is more and more popular among people especially women now. It was named for gathering in the square. People spontaneously organize this activity for the purpose of fitness. It suits for people of all ages and both sexes. Studies have shown that regular square dancing can contribute to gastrointestinal digestion, relieve physical and mental stress, speed up metabolism and strengthen bones. Besides, it can promote the relationship with neighbors.
The international trade centre building was built up in 1984 and was the tallest building in China for up to 10 years. It is located in Shenzhen, my hometown city. It is not only the window of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, but also the symbol of China’s reform and opening up. It had been taken 37 months to build up 53 floors. Then “the speed of Shenzhen” had been spread all around the world. At that time, there was a slogan circulating in the streets and alleys: Time is money, efficiency is life. It shows Chinese’s hardworking and our courage to reform and innovate.
Part Two: Public Square Dancing

The square dancing is more and more popular among people especially women now. It was named for gathering in the square. People spontaneously organize this activity for the purpose of fitness. It suits for people of all ages and both sexes. Besides, it can promote the relationship with neighbors.
Part Three: Jackie Chan
Jackie Chan is one of the most famous martial arts actors in China. He almost devoted his life to his favorite career and martial arts. He was a legend in Chinese martial arts films. In 2016, he was awarded the 89th Honorary Oscar, which was really worthy of the name. Although he is old, he still tries his best to complete martial arts actions without using a stunt man. His professionalism is commendable and worthy to be learned.
Part Four: International Trade Centre Building
Part Five: Chinese Knotting
It is a Chinese tradition handicraft art which is made of one silk thread from the beginning to the end, and each basic knot is named according to its shape. It has a variety of knotting that reflects the ancient cultural beliefs and the strong religious colors in our country. It fully embodies the wisdom and profound culture heritage of the Chinese people. The ancient people often use this silent language to express auspiciousness and emotion.
